my changes in fitness that i have noticed myself is that during the beep test i have been able to improve as in like ive been making it farther then before, like first time i did beep test i stoped at 7 beeps but now i can make it to level 10 and on the extended one i can make it to level 20 by doing one to one. My contributions to the class are like i help out cleaning up the equipment when clean up is needed. I get like influenced by people that are trying their best because seeing them giving their best makes me want to try my best to and by trying my best Im sure i make other people want to try their own best aswell. For class Im always ready to go, I always have my gym strip and I dont try like skipping or avoiding gym because i find gym fun so i come prepared to have fun. Outside of the school I do bhangra so I get physical excerise outside of school and like i go every 2 days so i keep my energy one. My personal goals as of myself is too make a bigger and stronger body which I am in progress of, I go to the YMCA gym every second day to work on my arms, chest and legs which I am trying to get big by the end of this year.
