October 29 yoga
Today in class we did yoga. I thought yoga would be easy but it was hard. It tired me out and my shirt was full with sweat. The ending where we were just laying and relaxing was the best. It relaxed my whole body

October 24th
We did the pyramid today and I went on a slow pace so that I could do all the workouts the proper way. I worked with Tarnpreet and me and him were doing the workouts togethees. There was push ups that I died out on so I started doing planks ans holding them

October 23rd hunt
Today we did the hunt and came first to finish. To complete this first we decided to go to the town houses because there was a bench, a sign and a fire hydrant so after we head down to subway from subway we were walking to gold stone elementary and took a photo with a ymca sign on our membership card and after that we just ran to the front of the school saw the cop car pulled it to the side took a pic and thats it we succeed.

October 21 locomotion
I tried my best for all of the stuff we did I thinm the skipping and crab crawls kind of messed my thighs up but I accomplished to do it till the end of the 1 minute but the last round I just died out

Circuit October 8
I modified the workouts and did them my way because my legs are really sore because just a week ago I competed in a bhangra competition and hurt myself during practices still came first place though ;) but yeah I tried my best and modified the work outs so I could do them

October 8th 25 min run time per lap
I tried my best without walking today I jogged most of it and im happy with my times but there was one lap that was off which was 4:59 but its okay I guess I jogged with Tarnpreet and Gurcharn to keep up a pace and be motivated to keep going

Gym room septemember 03 goal
My goal in the wight room is too get my chest arms and legs bigger. Ive been going to the gym every morning at 5am and been working out. I have to start a diet plan aswell because I eat too much. I will try to find a work out plan for me that I think is right for my body.

Today I worked my butt off during fitness. I was setting an example to others who were not trying and were just chilling around I was just doing my best and like competing with Tarnpreet.
