I do my personal work outs at the gym at ymca. I usually go work out my chest abbs back biceps and triceps all in the morning before coming to gym. I wake up at 5 take a pre work out go hard at the gym come home and take a protein shake. Today was the first time in a while that I went to the gym in the evening and while I was getting a picture taken I dropped the weight on my foot because I started laughing so Im pretty sure I won't be doing fitness tomorrow at school. I dropped the weight right on my toe not the nail part but just below it so its okay didnt damage anything its just swollen a bit.
