Winter break

What I did over the winter break for fitness was hit the gym almosy everyday. I think christmas New years and maybe there was another day that I couldnt make the gym but rather then that I hit the gym everyday. I can see progress in my biceps, triceps back and chest. im liking the results of going to the gym and I think im commited now to go like everyday rather then before go whenever I want. Now im just forcing myself everyday to go because im loving the progress right but yeah I hit the gym this break and I dont think I let my fitness level drop.
